If the reading did not speak to you, we give your money back. No questions.
How it works
- Email turesultado@almaligera.com within 14 days of your purchase, from the email address you used at checkout.
- Say "refund" and, if you like, tell us what did not work. That part is optional.
- We refund the full amount to the card or method you paid with. The refund is processed by Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider, and usually shows up within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
Good to know
- Your reading stays open until the refund is processed.
- We may decline repeated refund requests from the same person.
- If you have any problem with your payment, please write to us before opening a dispute with your bank. We answer within one business day.
