This page explains, in plain words, what we keep about you when you take the Alma Ligera inner-child quiz, why we keep it, and how to ask us to delete it.
Who we are
Alma Ligera is an independent project run by Andrés Gómez, based in Colombia. If you have any question about your data, write to turesultado@almaligera.com.
What we collect
- Your quiz answers. They are the raw material of your reading.
- Your first name. So your reading speaks to you, not to a stranger.
- Your email address, if you give it, and whether you said yes to an occasional note from us.
- Technical data. Browser type, approximate location from your connection, and how you move through the pages. We use Microsoft Clarity and PostHog for this.
- Payment details. Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy. We never see your card number. We receive the order number, the amount, and the email you used at checkout.
Why we use it
- To write your reading and open it for you right after payment.
- To send you a receipt with a button that opens your reading again.
- To understand where the quiz is confusing and make it better.
- To send you an occasional note, only if you ticked the box that says so. You can stop anytime by replying to any email.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share your answers or your reading with anyone.
Where it lives
Your answers, name and email are stored on our own servers. Payments live with Lemon Squeezy under their privacy policy. Usage data lives with Microsoft Clarity and PostHog under their own policies.
Browser storage
The quiz uses your browser's storage to remember where you are, so you can close the tab and come back. Microsoft Clarity and PostHog set their own cookies to measure how the pages are used.
How long we keep it
We keep your reading and the data behind it for as long as we need to show it to you and to keep our records in order. Ask us and we will delete it.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete what we have about you at any time. Email turesultado@almaligera.com from the address you used and we will take care of it within a few days.
Adults only
The quiz is for people aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly keep data about children.
Not medical advice
Your reading is for reflection and self-knowledge. It is not a diagnosis and it does not replace care from a doctor, a therapist or a counselor.
Changes
If we change this page, the date at the top changes with it.
